Istituto di Moda Burgo Fashion Show Spring Summer 2018 was held at “The Beach Club” in Milan. This was the 37th edition for one of the most popular events during the Fashion Graduate period.
On the catwalk the 76 garments created by the students who attended the courses of 2018 school year at the Istituto di Moda Burgo in Milan, as well as in other Italian and foreign branches.

The theme chosen this year is water, to which everyone has given his personal interpretation, with a young, fresh, original and above all elegant cut.
Light and soft colors ranging from yellow to green, to more decisive colors such as red and black, all proposed with various shades. In a game of opposing silhouettes, it unfolds with a refined rhythm: decisive and geometric cuts alternate with tapered and sensual lines, to explode in steamy triumphs of chiffon and satin as light as water. All invested by a sacral deep and mystical black from which comes the glitter of the meticulous embroidery haute couture, made in class with the loom.
Each student was followed by IMB staff in the various phases, from the idea to the realization. All garments, made entirely by the students of the school, are unique pieces, cared for in every detail and the result of an excellent tailoring work, as in the “Made in Italy” tradition.Press office
